Halloween Drawings
8 free drawings in PDF, to colour online or to copy by hand.
Halloween is the easiest theme to draw badly and still get away with it: a wonky pumpkin is a good pumpkin. These eight drawings start with a ghost that is two curves and a wavy hem and end with a witch in mid flight, taking in a cat in a pointed hat, a spider on its thread and a dog who has thrown a sheet over itself. Print them, colour them on screen, or follow the steps and draw your own.
Halloween drawings to print and colour
These halloween drawings keep the fun and skip the frights: no gore, nothing that will keep anyone up. Each one prints free as a coloring page, colours in on screen if you would rather not print, and comes with steps for copying it by hand.
Start here
The ghost in a witch hat and the smiling pumpkin are both built from a handful of thick lines, which makes them good first drawings from four years old.
The animals
The witch cat pokes its ears through the brim of its hat, the bat carries its pail in its feet, and the dog has simply thrown a sheet over itself.
The long one
The flying witch is the most detailed here, between the folds of the cape and the fanned bristles of the broom. Use a pencil rather than a marker.
Everything prints free with no sign up. For another theme, the christmas drawings are next door.
