Draw the pumpkin as a wide oval filling most of the page.
Curve four ribs down its front, bending with the shape.
Cut a wide opening across the top.
Sit the cat's head in the opening, ears up.
Add the two eyes, the nose and the whiskers.
Hook both front paws over the near rim.
Stripe the ears and the top of the head.
Finish with the stalk behind the cat's head.
