Here is halloween bat in 7 steps.
Open with the head, two tall pointed ears standing straight up.
Add the eyes, the small nose and the smile with its two little fangs.
Draw the small body below the head.
Draw the left wing: an arc out from the shoulder, then the scalloped lower edge.
Repeat on the right, keeping the two wings the same size.
Add the ribs inside each wing, running from the body outward.
Finish with the two hands holding the pumpkin pail and the feet below it.
