Draw the round stand at the bottom, a shallow oval on a foot.
Sit the cake on it: two straight sides and a curved top edge.
Run the icing over the top rim, each drip a different length.

Add the candle standing upright at the center of the top.
Draw the flame as a teardrop above the wick.
