Highland Cow Drawing

HardAges 9+20 min

Free PDF coloring page to print or download.

The Highland cow is the long-haired one from the Scottish hills, and its coat is the whole point of the page: every tuft is drawn as a separate stroke. Coloring it is slow, patient work for an older child or an adult, best with two browns, a light one first and a darker one in the gaps between the tufts. The horns stay pale. This Highland cow drawing is the shaggy cousin of the cow and calf.
