A puppy asleep, curled so tightly that the head comes back round to meet the tail and the whole animal reads as one low shape. It is a sleeping dog coloring page for the end of the day rather than a party one, and it works best in two close tones so the folded ear still shows against the body. Colored and pinned above a bed it does what a night light does. Wide awake, the opposite: the barking dog.
