Start with the round head, two small ears sitting on top.
Add the santa hat sitting between the ears, brim then bobble.
Place the eyes, the muzzle and the nose.
Wind the scarf round the neck, with one fringed end hanging down.
Build the body as one broad seated shape, front paws flat at the front.
Turn one back foot up so its pads show.
Finish with the small present beside the bear.
